Exchange policy
We would really like for you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from our website; if that’s not the case however, we offer an exchange option within 3 days of receiving the order, as per our policy.
Exchange process:
- To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse any exchanges that do not meet these criteria.
- To initiate an exchange, you will need to contact our customer service team with your order number and a description of the item you would like to exchange. Then, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and how to choose a new item for exchange.
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets our exchange criteria, we will ship out your new item within 2-3 business days. We will provide you with a tracking number so that you can monitor the progress of your exchange.
- Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.
Exceptions: Please note that customized accessories are not exchangeable, including any items that have been specially made or altered to your specifications, where we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the items are defective or damaged.
